TRANSPOWER
We'll soon know whether Transpower's controversial plan to put giant electricity pylons through Waikato will get the go-ahead or not. This will undoubtedly have ab effect on Morrinsville. Auckland must have a solution to its power problem, is this the only way? What are the other solutions? Do you think it's fair on the Waikato? Make your comment this week.

Transpower..... One thing I want to know is why they are using our land to provide power for the people in Auckland?????
I think it is ridculous all the arguing that is going on they should make a decision on what they are going to do. I think they could choose some people and they can decide what is going to happen.
These pylons will not effect me but will effect others maybe they should have a say on what happens???

Why are people fighting about this stupid pylon scheme.
The pylons make a higher risk of cancer for people living close to them.
The pylons are not afecting our farm but I think Transpower should build a power station nearer Auckland
