Welcome to 2010

Wow what a fast and awesome start we have had to 2010!!! We have all been enjoying meeting new friends, and getting into new routines. 2010 in Room 11 promises to be an outstanding year. The year 8 students are already setting high and achievable goals and the year 7 students are getting involved in as many things as possible. Amongst other things, early this term, we are looking at Financial Literacy, Short Stories, the 7 habits of effective people and swimming. Later in the Term we will be exploring avenues for publishing and a range of number strategies. Some of Room 11 are looking forward to Extension groups in Technology, Literacy and Mathematics. All in all it promises to be a term of fun learning experiences and adventures.
